B31.3,
see your applicable contract, if not clear ask for clarification.
refer Appendix M. however sever cyclic conditions are defined in para
300.2
(definitions), and requirements in chapter II, part 3 and 4, chapter
III
para 323.4.2 and 341.4.3.
