[MW:3464] SS 304 to SS 316

Dear All,

Kindly suggest which method to use for welding SS304 Tube sheet (6mm)
to SS316 Tube (25mm). It is for a chiller to operate at -40 Degrees C.
The pressure is only 2 bar. Also what consumable to use for filler
material / for MMA welding
