Hi!
For Inconel 600 matching consumables are
SMAW-ENiCrFe3
ii)TIG-ERNiCr3 with Nuclear grade Argon with ,Proper purging , Use of Pulse tig ,with lower heat input will be able to produce good weld.
iii) I had experience of using Incoalloy filler w/o any problem
iv) I have bad experience of using Mig process hence can not share my experience
Other wise with good engg practices , not much problem of handling Inconel 600

Please tell me what is the best match of the filer material and gas for welding ALLOY 600 ( plates 1/4"up to3/") using MIG and TIG procedures.
If you also have some welding giudelines - welding procedure regardless, it will be great
