Dear Kevin,
If you want to do your carrier as Painting Inspector then NACE Level II is always good since you can do Painting as well as Coating Inspection with this.
And also in future you can go for NACE Level III.
But if you are QA /QC Inspector and wants to take certificate to carry out painting inspectionsthen CSWIP -BGAS also good.
Choice is yours!
