hi
the major deffirences between annealing processes are peak temp & holding time in it & cooling rate.
these affect on toughness & strength & hardening , because microstructure & grain size changed.
i don't hear bright annealing,probably this process for a producing a special material .
if you state the details of process,i can help more.
