for parent/ HAZ/Weld metal for a particular application/design..
If your question is whether value will be similar, No. Normally impact
values will be relatively lowest for the specimen than taken from weld
centre (As welded). When you compare the order will be Weld centre (lowest),
HAZ area, Parent Metal. (unaffected by welding).
