[MW:1272] RE: 1270] Re: Sec IX requirement for plug welds

Dear Carlos,

 

Construction code is Sec VIII (so we need to follow Sec IX) Vessels are code stamped.

 

P No for Cr Mo is P4 and for SS is P8 Gr 2

 

But the info I need only for plug welds which clause to be referred in Sec IX to find out PQR and performance qualification requirement.

What Number P SS is P8 and Cr Mo pending the percent Cr Mo(P4, P5).
