please clarify where u used 99.7. for shielding or purging ?
i think for shielding we must use 99.99 but for purging/backing we may use 99.7.
please correct if i am wrong.

anyway client is right.
your case is weak but still if you can convinced through any demistration by test piece with both purity and compare the result.
