[MW:18829] Thickness diminution in pipe

Dear Experts, I´m new in the group,

I want to know how affect the thickness diminution in the pipe design calculation, I have a pipe with thickness diminution, and the pipe is limited by the flanges. I did the calculation of the pipe and it support the design pressure, but how does that diminution affect the flanges, and how can I calculate?
