In general, the answer is no. If these contractors are independent and have their own quality control manual under which the work is performed, then the answer is solidly no. This is the general intent of the Code – each entity involved in ASME fabrication shall have their own procedures.
However,QW-201 does allow for exchange of WPSs/PQRs if the subordinate companies perform all work under the quality control manual of the superior company. This would be most common in corporate divisions/companies working under one parent company.

Dear Experts.
Let us suposse client is A & B is Contractor.
Under B ( C,D & E are more 3 subcontractor companies are working).
WPS/PQR had been established by Subcontractor C only under the shadow of B.
SO can other subcontractors i.e D & E companies can use the same PQR.
please mention the clause no. as per ASME sec. IX, is it QW302 ?
