how do i get the free qualified welder i can use the wqt?

Subject: [MW:7734] Unlisted Materials welding AWS D1.1
1. Can we do the unlisted materials( EN materials) welding by a
welder who qualified in Group 2 material as per AWS D1.1?
2. The D1.1 says unlisted materials shall be qualified by Qualifcation
( point 4.7 D1.1 2004) so we can't use prequalified WPSs for unlisted
materials, write?
Please advice...
