[MW:3214] NDE and WPS/PQR/WPQ - Clarifications

Hello Experts,

1) I have NDE Inspector qualification as per ISO 9712-2005; Is it
acceptable to ASNT-SNT-TC 1A?

2) I have WPS/PQR/WPQ/NDE Procedures, Qualififcations/Documents as per
AWS D1.1 - 2006. Shall I use those documents where there is need of
AWS D1.1 - 2008?

Please advise...
