We are looking for new Orbital welding Machine with GTAW Process. 100 % RT is to be done on weld joint so no compromise with regards to quality of weld, If you have used automatic welding machine, Kindly suggest machine Brand and Model.

We did back before three years, productivity wise i cannot guarentee, but quality wise its ok when you dont have defects and strengths are acceptable, so confirm what youre into?

We are looking for Orbital TIG welding machine- Automatic, If anyone using this machine with proven result with regards to quality and productivity. Machine shall be capable for Root and Fill and cap pass welding. The joint details which is to be executed as below:

 

Coil welding        CS Material Size 4" x sch. 40 – Pipe to Elbow        Clearance between pipe to elbow around 85 mm
