[MW:29813] Preparation of PQR

Dear Colleague;

I have a question , can i used these materials ASTM A572/A572M GR50 , A36/A36M, ASTM A769, A500-GRADE C with electrodes E7018 to prepare PQR for steel structure ,because i didn't  find a good information about these materials, and i am new in this discipline my back ground physics .
