Several experts said that provide, but with prior engg approval, actually what needs to be reviewed by engg for approval....

Its a sliding shoe, the web strength doesn't effect much, intact on welding inside the relief area w.r.t pipe increases the strength...  the web doesn't buckle down...

So its just dwg approval and no need of verifying the structural integrity.....
