Dear Ishwar,

You have simulated the welding & parent material with 2 cycle of PWHT.
This may effect your mechanical properites (specially impact & hardness), kindly take the test piece & simulate what you have carried out on the job.

The job can be accepted, If the test result meets the code requirement.

Suppose if required soaking time is 2.5 hours and actual soaking time is 5 hours
