Hi Krishna.! Good day.!

   Refer B16.5 para 6.4.5 & 6.4.6... ( for flange dia less than 24 NPS )

1) Surface finish requirements
2) serration depth 
3) Number of serrations per inch
4) Damage in serration ( depth of serration damage > half depth of serration , shall be considered & min distance between adjacent imperfections to be considered )

Note : Never ever ask any instrument or Gauge to measure Flange face finish

That's all about flange face finish.. Hope it is useful
