[MW:2234] Re: x-ray on 180degree elbow

In such cases, it is always wiser to turn to the client for advice / solutions. Many times, something is asked w/o looking for its feasibility - at least that is my exp. May be this one has a better solution.......

Dear Sir,

I am facing a problem in x-ray. we have 180 degree return elbow in our
heater coils of 4" size.As per client specification we have to take
X-ray for these joints. We have tried a lot but placing the camera
inside the elbow and getting the outer segment turned one side of the
film to white in colour.

Please give your valuable suggessions.
