Hai Sandi Kumar,
2nd material looks somehow equivalent to AISI 4140. You can go with E10018-D2.

Can anyone please tell me which SMAW consumable I can use to weld following material combination :-
 

1st material:-

C.

Si.

Mn.

S.

P.

0.50%

0.25%

0.70%

0.05%

0.05%

2nd material :-C=0.355,Si=0.6645,Mn=1.7084,P=.0209,S=0.0326,Cr=0.2083,Ni=0.0333, Mo=0.0314,

Cu=0.0226,Al=0.0182,Ti=0.0177,V=0.0935,Nb=0.0103

Please suggest which I can use if it is not suitable.
