Hai Sandi Kumar,
2nd material looks somehow equivalent to AISI 4140. You can go with E10018-D2.

Cu=0.0226,Al=0.0182,Ti=0.0177,V=0.0935,Nb=0.0103
Please suggest which I can use if it is not suitable.
