Hi Nimesh

We have successfully welded 0.1mm SS304L strips by Resistance Spot Welding and the joint is quite strong.
Also you can try Auto-TIG by just fusing the joint with a 1/1.6mm tungsten rod,zero root gap,inverter power source.
