The electrode has to so through the same PWHT as specified in your procedure qualification.Regardless of what is said in Sec II part C. (because you are heat treating the weld metal also
during your procedure qualification). U need to prove that your electrode will perform in this condition.

I have a WPS which is qualified with PWHT and impact test.Now I have to review some consumable MTC.I need advise on the following queries. 
 
1.Is it mandatory that the consumable MTC shall show the mechanical test values with PWHT for acceptance ?
 
2.Can I accept consumable MTC which is matching with corresponding SFA and material properties with out PWHT?
