Dear Palanivel,
Pressure testing and NDT testing of the line, both are separate subjects.
Pressure testing will validate the system integrity, ie design condition, particularly with respect to design pressure.
NDT examination is based on the joint efficiency and process condition requirement.
If your line condition, calls for 10% RT, it can’t altered. Regarding the change in pressure test, from pneumatic to hydrostatic, decision can be taken by piping designer, based on the background (severity, service life, etc.) of the line.

Dear Friends Good DAY,
Can any one help for the below quiery,
A requirement for to replace Pnuematic test in palce of Hydro test for Instrument Air line. Already there is a requirment of 10% Radiography of the line. What will be the RT required % if Pnumetaic test is carried out.
Pl. also let us know where may the requirment is given in CODEs or any other Project spec.
