Dear Mr Mritunjay
Killed steel oxidised by addition of oxidizing agend to reduce oxigen content up to certail level to reduce any re4action during solidification.
Semi Killed steel is incompletly deoxidised and containing sufficient oxygen and during solidification it produce carbon monooxide.
