Hi All,
  • A707 L5 CL#3 15.8 mm Flange internal 6 mm overlay cladded with A625 inconell material required to join with API 5L X60 material.
  • Need to qualify a WPS by clad welding method using filler ER NiCrMo3 (GTAW) and E NiCrMo3 (SMAW)
  • A707 L5 CL#3 - CEV is 0.500
  • Toughness test requirement is supplementary essential.
I need experts guidance for preparation of welding parameter, preheat and inter-pass temperature. Last two test failed on impact, hardness and Chemical tests.

Regards.
