[MW:26476] Golden weld requierements

Dear experts ;

We have a power piping project ( B31.1 ) and our subcontractor is only performing RT or UT for golden weld , I know that it should be full NDE but I can't find this requirement in the code .
Can somebody give me the exact requierements for golden weld ?
