you don't need to make the PQR on a pipe, since diameter in ASME is not an essential varaible for rocedure qualification.
If one test fails then you repeat the PQR

Dear Experts--i have to prepare test specimen for 2" pipe for which i have to recommend two tensile test and 4 bend test as per secIX and B31.31) how many test piece required to complete these test as circumference of 2" pipe is 190mm2) in case of one tensile test fails and another is passed, do i need to consider the whole PQR is failed or only that test specimen is failed, please clear my doubt.Thank you
