Check ASME PCC-2-2015

Dear all,
We have repairs in a weld at 180 mm from open end on 47 mm ID x 5 mm thick CS boiler tubes. The repairs are at various depths. Access is available only from ID, approach from OD is not possible. Is there any process by which defects can be removed / repaired. Suitable fixture for internal movement can be made available.
Please advise.

Best Regards,
