[MW:25903] NDE / initial service test instead of Pressure test

Dear Expert,

  Have you information if we can perform 100 NDE (Volumic & Surfacic) and initial service test for one piping part (between vessel and valve), pipe was welded directly to vessel (no flange connection).

Please reference from ASME B31.1
