Subject: [MW:25888] 308/308L electrode

Dear All,
As far i know and used to not to backing of SS electrode, but it is found that on manufactures cover it show to re-dry up to 150-200'c.
If it is required to back;
In which condition (Atmospherics)
In any special coated flux electrode
or
we need to back all kind of 308 electrodes????

Please suggest.

Thank you all
