[MW:26009] Impact testing requirements for ASME B 31.3

Dear Experts,

Please clarify my below queries regarding the impact test requirements for Piping.

1) 3 inch SA105N WNRF  impact tested at zero degrees( at mill) Celsius but MDMDT is 18^o Celsius can we use this flange with respect to ASME B 31.3( if yes please detail the reference standard and up to what temperature we can use this flange)

2) SA 234 GR WPB (90 degree elbow) MDMT is -45⁰ Celsius but impact tested at Mill is -29⁰ Celsius, can we use this flange with respect to ASME B 31.3.
