It seems a bit late to answer :)
But it's better that question be answered.

USE E 8018-B2
Minimum Pre-Heat Temperature: 95 °C (Use 150 °C as
Default & Dont let it reach below 120 °C during welding)
PWHT  must be at or below the final tempering temperature : 595
°C
