Dear all,--we have qualified a PQR (groove weld) for clad material (SA 240 410S (Clad) to Carbon Steel that is P7 to P1 material) using ER 309L Mo for the clad portion and E7018 for the rest.Now we have to weld SA240 410S to SA240 410 S material for another job.My question is, can we use the above said qualified PQR to make a wps of SA240 410S to SA240 410 S material, as other variables are same.
