[MW:24951] Impact test exemption as per B 31. 3

A piping spool is to be fabricated.

Construction code: ASME B 31.3

Service LPG liquid

MDMT : minus 45 degree Celsius

Client spec calls for impact requirements. 

Pipe MOC is A 333 grade 6; Size 2 inch schedule 80 and 3 inch schedule 40.

My question is are these two thicknesses of 5.54mm and 5.49mm exempt from impact testing as per B 31.3 Fig. 323.2.2A curves ??

Please provide B 31.3 code reference.
