Dear Mr. Shah,
First you have to purchase electrodes as per the your specified requirment.
In addition to the above, for achieving this you have to take care for following:
1. No filing/ brushing/ grinding etc. should be done on welds before measuring ferrite %
2. Allow weld to cool in open air
3. The ferrite should be measured immediately after cooling of the welds
