Re: [MW:24937] Support Welding of Cladded Pipes

the corrosion property will deteriorate to some extent based on the PWHT control,

as SS 347 is stablized one deterioration  will be limited to some extent

WPS shall be qualified on cladded plate with PWHT and corrosion test on cladded area after PWHT  to ensure corrosion property

Dear Experts,

We have the Cladded Pipe of ASTM A335 Gr P11 (9.3 mm to 25 mm)  with internally cladded with SS347 (3mm).

We need to weld the Pipe Support with the pipes.

Our pipe support is P11 grade and the WPS is qualified with PWHT @740 for minimum 2 hours.

If we do PWHT is it going to effect the SS cladding? is there any corrosion issue.

We need your kind advice.
