If you don't want R stamp, then any contractor can do the job.

Subject: [MW:24946] R - Stamp

We have an issue in repair a pressure vessel.
Contractor not capable to do? But contractor is qualified for R-Stamp.
As company can we  go head in welding activities with our qualified welders and we don't want R Stamp - Is it acceptable? Because this activities ongoing in offshore shut down and we cannot wait as per schedule. I day barge cost is 3 million USD
