During construction of new refrigeration plant we found LP Receiver on receipt inspection multiple Cracks(6Nos) at knuckle portion of ellipsoidal dished end  with surface depth of crack is ranging from 2mm to 5mm. Thickness of dished end 19mm. measured thickness at the knuckle portion 16.7mm. LP receiver stored for Ammonia. Hydro tested at 24 kg/cm2 as per name plate. Plz through some light to accept/reject/Repaired procedures if any. Code of vessel is ASME Sec VIII, Mtl IS2002/SA516.
