Hai,
Normal carbon steel after PWHT accepted in 31.3 P1 to P5 but alloy maternal not accepted in same standard.

Most ITP (inspection test pack ) amends Hardness testing after PWHT .
Keep in mind that witnessed hardness test will require presence of RT report and PWHT report and thermal graph.
purpose of hardness testing is to verify that stress relief was properly done and base metal  is in the right eutectic phase .
