Dear Sir,
I have taken lots of trial for SAW welding.
I got good result with the parameters but its not consistent.
Material - SA240TYP304
Filler- ER308L
Parameter- 340 to 390 Amp, 32 to 34 Volt, 300 to 325 mm/ min.
I have maintained interpass - 150 C as well as all the requirements needed for the welding.
Pl guide me for getting good impact (27 joules / 0.38 mm lateral expansion) property at -196C.
