[MW:23149] Re: Want to understand the "Product analysis"

Further,
The client requirement is" S19. Restricted chemistry: Carbon Max 0.2% and Vanadium Max.XX% restricted for heat and product analysis, can I interpret this as a supplementary requirement S2of SA20?

Dear Mentors,
For Material ASTM A516 Gr 70 the client requirement is based on product analysis. Does that mean that all plates shall be tested for product analysis? or certain plates from that heat is enough to report that as product analysis.
Thanks in advance for your kind advise if possible with citation.
Best regards,
Umar.
