Seriously I am looking for suggestion for any available 'hand operated tool' for flange face machining and surface preparation.

The same handbook i am using.... the flanges already installed in FW system hydrant connection. We cannot remove the riser since, thrust block already poured. the flange face need to be machined and surface preparation to be made at location.
