[MW:18004] Flush-Type Nozzles

Dear friends,

AS per API 650 , 5.7.4.1, All Flush-Type Cleanout Fittings and Flush-Type Shell Connections be Stress relieved.

I don't have experience in Tanks , Can anyone please tell me , what is the difference between Flush-type nozzles and the normal nozzles.
