Dear Mr. Hussain,
In general you should accept them both because of the following.
First 180° is the minimum bending angle so 185° is never a problem.
Second if specimen is bend 175° and no cracks / indications are visible on the weld surface not will happen with the specimen during the last 5° bending. During this last 5° no crack / indication will arise exceeding the max allowed 3 mm.
If there is a indication present on the surface than you should bend the specimen up to 180° to ensure that crack not become more than 3 mm in lengt.

One specimen which need to bend 180 degree but it is bended 175 or 185 degree is it will acceptable for test? What will be the appropriate action?
