Dear sir if the vessel construction is  as per ASME Sec.VIII , then the internals also  will governed by same code.
if the vessel is required to do PWHT, it means along with internals only.

Is it allowed to use the wps in accordance with ASME SEC .IX and ASME Sec.VIII for piping of that
internal pipes and also for other piping jobs as per ASME B31.3 works.
