WPS 1 : SMAW +GTAW with PWHT t22,A106 .
WPS 2 : SMAW +GTAW without PWHT
t22,A106.
welders qualified in WPS2 can be utilised to welding wit WPS1.?
( PWHT is not essential for welder.).
