[MW:15311] Cracks in the casting of truck frame

Dear Experts,
Please help me in the mention issue-
We are doing sand casting for the Truck Frame.After all giving proper
chills at all the corners,maintaining low pouing temperatures and
doing process of opening mold after standard opening & knock out,we
are getting the cracks in different locations.Can you help me on this
by giving your valueable suggestions that how we can reduce the cracks
& what could be the reason for the same??
