[MW:13416] under ground pipeline leak testing method during hydro test

Dear experts,

Can any one give good and efficient method of underground(buried) pipe
line leak testing method during hydrotest?

Pipe: API 5L Gr 52 MS PSL-2.
Length : Two section 50km+50km (2500 joints approx each section).
Test pressure : 73.25 bar.
