The Electrode/Filler metal requirement in accordance to NACE MR0103 for carbon steels. The PQR has meet a Hardness requirement of 248HV10(Weld+HAZ) and the production weld shall meet a Hardness requirement of 200HB. So welding consumable shall be procured according to it. Exemptions of Production Hardness is permitted if below consumables are used. & nbsp; The Electrode/Filler metal requirement in accordance to NACE MR0175 for carbon steels. The welding consumable shall produce weld Zones meeting Hardness requirement of 250HV10. The Nickel in the welding consumable shall be less than 1%.
