We had in the recent past correspondnce with IIW - ANB India in this regards.
We had written based on our views & another similar enquiry on this site from a person outside India.
We see that Mr. Raghuram Bathula's mail is also addressed to IIW - ANB.
It will be interesting to know their response.
To the best of my knowledge, They were / are not allowing it so far.
I also wish they change this policy for several reasons.
