[MW:8584] NACE PROCEDURE QUALIFICATION PROCESS PIPING

We are qualifying procedure for NACE application in process piping . Client is insisting to SSCC and HIC testing. As per NACE standard HIC testing is normally done on material.SSCC testing is required during qualifying the procedure. Kindly advice during procedure qualification for NACE process piping is it mandatory to do both HIC and SSCC test.
